At Elderberry Place, we put a lot of care into every order and truly appreciate your support of our small business 🤍

All sales are final.
If we make a mistake on our end, we promise to make it right.

Please take a moment to double-check your email and shipping address at checkout. This helps avoid delays or delivery issues. We are not responsible for incorrect information, duplicate orders, lost or stolen packages, or ordering errors.

Once an order is placed, it goes into production quickly, so we are unable to cancel or edit orders. If you have a question, reach out—we’re always happy to help if we can.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at Lisa@elderberryplace.com. You will also need to file a claim with USPS. We provide replacements only if the issue was caused on our end.

Because we are a small business, we are unable to offer refunds or credits for items that later go on sale, unused coupons, or unused gift certificates. Coupons have no cash value and cannot be applied after checkout.
